| About the Mod |

| The IPECAC Community Mod is a free fan-made expansion under development for The Binding of Isaac: Afterbirth +. The mod includes new items, characters, enemies, secrets, and much more, many of which were suggested by other fans of the game, and were collected through platforms such as Reddit and Discord. Currently, the mod is in its pre-release state, and with the upcoming release of the new DLC The Binding of Isaac: Repentance, the project is expected to migrate to it and have a full release. In addition to the current content, many new enemies, items and even new floors will be released over time from our large collection of user submitted ideas! Got an idea you want to suggest? Some of the most difficult achievements in the game are the 'no damage' achievements - Basement Boy, Add photoSpelunker Boy, Dark Boy, and Mamas Boy. They are unlocked by completing The Basement, The Caves, The Depths, or The Womb without taking damage, respectively. There is no achievement for completing Sheol, the Cathedral or The Chest this way. This guide will document tips, tricks,. The second question is if using mods disables in-game unlocks or steam achievements? And do you guys have any mod suggestions? I haven't browsed the workshop or wiki section yet as I am at work (it is slow, haha). Are there any mods that increase the display size (ie. So I can see more of larger rooms like 2x2)?

Achievements are new content for the game such as items, characters, or challenges that must be unlocked. They pop up when something has been completed or achieved.
Binding Of Isaac Secret Achievements
Due to current limitations in the modding API, achievements for the IPECAC Community Mod, after being displayed on unlocking, can be accessed through a custom chalenge. Getting any achievement will trigger the item Pause until you fire again, to prevent damage being taken meanwhile.
